Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dr Mush Me. Here are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.
Processing time for shipments
All orders are processed the same business day if received before 1pm. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public / bank holidays. If we have a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. All orders are dispatched the same day if received by 1pm.
Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Delivery methods
Courier delivery – If the order is received before 1pm, you can expect to receive your package within 1-2 working days. A tracking number will be sent to your email address at your request. Confirmation of shipment will be sent automatically.
Free Delivery – This is offered for sales over €75 and is also sent by courier. If your order is received before 1pm, you can expect to receive your package within 1-2 working days.
European shipping methods
All European deliveries are sent by the GLS or DPD tracked delivery service.
